I had been following the opening of Red's with much anticipation. It's so exciting to have upscale NON-CHAIN dining right here in my backyard. The food has not disappointed and the atmosphere is perfect. However. I have been here 8 or 10 times and there is a real disconnect between what is happening in the kitchen and what isn't happening with the wait staff.
