Great service. I've been a patient for over 30 years. I have so much trust and confidence in both doctors. And they are great about answering a quick non-urgent question over the phone with pictures sent by email.

Medical are was great. It would be nice if you signed up with BC/BS.
Everything went well. The person who answered my enquiry about the results of the biopsy of the skin taken from my ear went out of her way to give me the necessary information (that it was benign) immediately, although my doctor was not in the office that day. I had been told to call the office to get the results a week after my first appointment. I recommend that in future the office call patients with the results of biopsies as soon as it gets them in order to minimize patients' wait for such important information.

Your staff and safety procedures were great. The clarity with which the mandated procedures were communicated both on your website and by phone prior to my appointment was excellent and appreciated. Your staff was professional, warm and forceful, as when I went to pay at the front desk, but had failed to fill out all the forms, I was firmly sent back to the examining room. I thought that was great. Thank you for the thought and care that goes into creating a safe environment.

(Posted on Google) I've seen Dr. Isaacson in August and December for skin-cancer screening. Dr. Isaacson is a highly experienced dermatologist and I have been a patient for decades. What I want to emphasize is that patients should have no qualms about going into his office because of Covid. Only one person is allowed in elevators, no one is allowed to sit waiting in the office, and protective measures are taken throughout the visit.
