Dr.Isaacson is a great doctor and I feel very lucky to be his patient. The staff courteous and kind: I just wish not to be addressed by the staff as “young lady”, no matter the age no woman should be addressed in such way. At my age I find it patronizing, condescending, discriminatory and offensive, although I am sure it was not meant be, it is just a bad habit which unfortunately reveals the pervasive way of thinking that when one ages, one becomes a lesser person. Please, do not send me surveys anymore. Thanks
Was good to come back to the doctor after almost a year.
My kudos to Dr. Berzin for finally coming up with a "brilliant solution" to my perennial "itch" problem. I now experience no itching whatsoever. I think that the secret weapon was, in addition to the right soap and right cream, the use of a steady stream of steam all night from a water heater, every night.

It was good, as always. Nice courteous welcome, despite pandemc restrictions. #1. I feel that my doctor is good and pays attention to the issues I bring up and they are addressed immediately. If possible I'd like the doctor to be a bit more proactive on issues that I may not have complaints, but that may be a problem later on or that I just may want to consider on this visit, or at a later one. #2.It'll be nice to have a patient portal like Follow My Health Thanks!
