I had an early appointment at 8:45 a.m. and arrived 10 mins early to fill out any necessary forms. Before i could finish them I was escorted into the exam room. Hooray!! Thank you! My only wish is that the practice asked me about my vaccination status and informed me of the office’s vaccination status. To my horror, some doctor’s offices have staff who are not vaccinated. This is unacceptable. But half of that responsibility is on me to make those inquiries and I simply forgot. Nevertheless, everyone was masked and ... read more

Overall very positive experience. A few quick points for feedback. I got the links to create a client portal, as well as an intake form to fill out. Because of a crazy week with everything going on in Afghanistan/Haiti/etc, I didn't have time to fill those out until the day of my appointment. By the time I logged on to create my client portal the link wasn't working (maybe had expired? I wasn't prompted that there was a time limit...). Not based on anything you did. Always great. Just a question. Each time I come in to fix the sagging around my mouth, sides of chin, looks great till swelling goes down then same sagging. Is that because to really fix it, it would take so much more filler or a face lift?
Medical care was excellent. However for the second time I was told that an appointment I made in person and put in my electronic calendar was not in Dr Isaacson’s schedule. The problem was handled very nicely. Dr Isaacson’s nurse was terrific and he fit me in.
I have no complaints. We travel some distance to keep our appointments. But I don’t want to create accounts to respond Sue williams
