I found your forms very helpful. What was a problem was having to "sign" the form. I tried many ways and even called a number to tell me how to do it and it still would not work. Is there a way you can send out the form and not require a signature?
I had face resurfacing on Thursday and was left with virtually no instructions as to what to expect during recovery. I was not advised on any lotions or medicines that I might need and was not told when I could expect to wear makeup again.
The form you. had me fill out on-line before my appointment was very long and tedious, especially since nothing has changed. it would be much easierr to just come into the office and have you ask me if there were any changes. Same address and phone numbers, same insurance, same medications, etc. Lot of work for nothing.

Dr. Isaacson was fine as always. Usually the office is really well run. But the staff member who brought me a flyer about Excel-V didn't know how much it cost, neither did the person who answered the phone when I called later. She said she'd have someone call me back with price info and any other info I needed. No one ever called me back. I decided not to have the treatment otherwise I guess I would have kept calling back until I got the info I wanted.
Always a great experience in a highly professional office. Staff from top to bottom are super!

Dr Berzin was simply superb. Zeroed right onto my problem, recommended Phys Therapy, and ordered prescription to deal w/ upper-arm rash. She was also extremely pleasant and obviously completely knowledgeable. Highest recommendation.

My visit with Dr. Berzin was quick and great. However, because the sign on the door told me clearly not to leave until someone came to get me, I waited quite a while until I finally stuck my head out. And nobody was coming to get me......
