My experience was perfectly fine from a medical standpoint. Likewise the staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. My one complaint is that I would liked to have been able to spend more time with my physician to discuss other services. I am at a stage where I can benefit from a few more cosmetic services and it would have been helpful to me have talked about them. It is okay. There is always next year.

My only complaint was being kept waiting in the examination room for 40 minutes before being seen. No apology was forthcoming.
